    publié le 12/12/2014 à 06:45

On Tuesday a group of intelligent, beautiful and gracious wives of NBA, NFL and MLB players gathered together to celebrate the 2nd Annual Wives' Soiree, which was in support of the charitable organization - Dress for Success. Attendees Amber Sabathia, Alexis Stoudemire, Amy Williams, Candice Fisher, Starr Scott, Trier Young-Allen, Dina Galanto, Julia Maschenko, Kristen Fergosun, Kijafa Vick and others enjoyed a trunk show featuring furs and jewelry by Helen Yarmak and the couture creations of Edward Roth New York, at the Helen Yarmak penthouse showroom located at 730 Fifth avenue in New York City (the former Playboy editorial office).

The hosts of the event Masha Kirilenko, wife of NBA player, Andrei Kirilenko (Brooklyn Nets,) and owner of Fashion IQ,Jaclyn Rosenberg, CEO of The Rosemark Group, and Keisha Sullivan (wife of NY Giant Jameel Mcclain), also with The Rosemark Group, partnered with the charity that aids women in the midst of transition. Each of the attendees received an invite encouraging them to bring an item of clothing to the event in order to make a donation. Designer Helen Yarmak and Nairi Barseh, creative director of Edward Roth New York, also made contributions by donating their exclusive creations to the charity.

Masha Kirilenko said "I'm the owner of Fashion IQ company. It's a new company in New York, which has been here for a year. So what we do is consult people in terms of fashion, their wardrobe, dress them for events, organize the closet, closet plan and shop on demand. But this particular event my company is sponsoring. We got all the athlete wives and we asked them to bring one item of clothes for donation for Dress for Success."

Keisha Sullivan stated "Helen Yarmak is one of the prime fashion designers of the moment. We are definitely privileged to be here with her. Dress for Success forces us to mingle, so we can donate really really great items that a lot NFL, NBA and MLB wives don't need anymore, that we know would make someone so happy. It means everything to be able to do that. A little bit of cocktails, a lot of conversation for a good cause."

Eunice Liriano the Vice President of Resource Development & Communications for Dress for Success added "Its a holiday giving event. It's a shopping event for Helen Yarmak guests who are here today who make a purchase. Proceeds will be going directly to Dress for Success. This organization has been around since 1997. It was started in New York in the basement of a church by Nancy Lublin. The organization gives women skills and tools to get back into the work force, allowing them to sustain a life, sustain their children; take their lives to the next level; finish school and go to school."

Helen Yarmak represents Russian fashion and Russian national pride - furs and fine jewelry. The Edward Roth New York collection combined couture fashion design and craftsmanship with unique alluring original art, which sexy outfits for today's confident, motivated, successful modern woman. High-end makeup styling for guests at the event was provided by Napoleon Perdis. Dunefsky Design Inc was also a sponsor of the event.
