  • Gisele Bündchen cuts a svelte figure in demure grey sheath dress
    publié le 21/11/2014 à 04:01

She was blessed by Mother Nature, having been born with brains as well as her radiant beauty.

And it was time for Gisele Bündchen to once again give back to the environment, as the face of UNEP Goodwill.

The supermodel turned environmental activist stunned in a sophisticated frock as she attended an award ceremony at Smithsonian American Art Museum & National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC on Wednesday.

Honouring Mother Nature! Gisele Bündchen looked immaculate at an environmental event in Washington DC on Wednesday

Gisele teamed her grey patterned tweed sheath dress, complete with structured shoulders, with a simple pair of black mid-heel court shoes

Her honey blonde hair tumbled down her shoulders and she wore minimal make-up, happily flaunting her world-famous natural beauty.

During the United Nations Environment Program Champions of the Earth Award Ceremony, she had the honour of making a speech.

Indeed, the Brazilian supermodel is well-known for her long-standing and passionate commitment to the environment.

Gisele recently returned from her native Brazil where she snapped her husband, NFL star Tom Brady, swimming with their son Benjamin.

Both of the power couple's children - who just met the Dalai Lama - will celebrate birthdays next month with Vivian turning 2 and 'Benny' turning 5.

While in São Paulo, the 5ft11 catwalker strutted her stuff for Brazilian fashion brand Colcci.

At 34-years-old, she has reportedly amassed $47 million in the last year thanks to her lucrative campaigns for Chanel, Under Armour, Pantene, H&M, and more.

'Sometimes I feel like adverts can make women feel so distant,' the IMG model admitted to the Sunday Times last month.

'They are so glamorous and so unattainable and so aspirational that you really can't touch them, in a way. They are kind of a dream.'
