For any jammer circuit, there must be three important sub-circuits:

 

• RF amplifier


• Voltage Controlled Oscillator


• Tuning circuit

 

 

These 3 circuits combine to form an efficient cell phone jammer circuit.

1. Included in the RF amplifier circuit are transistor Q1, capacitors C4 and C5, and resistor R1. This circuit is designed to amplify the signal produced by the tuned circuit. The amplified signal is then directed to the antenna via capacitor C6, which effectively blocks any DC current and exclusively permits the transmission of the AC component of the signal.


2. As transistor Q1 is switched on, the tuned circuit connected to the collector is also switched on. This circuit, consisting of capacitor C1 and inductor L1, acts as a zero resistance oscillator, generating extremely high frequencies while experiencing minimal damping.


3. With the passage of time, the magnetic charge flowing through the inductor diminishes, leading to the capacitor being charged in an opposing or reverse polarity. This process is repeated, and eventually, the inductor charges the capacitor until it becomes completely discharged.


4. The process persists until internal resistance develops, resulting in the cessation of oscillation. The RF amplifier feed is transmitted to the collector terminal via capacitor C5, preceding C6. Capacitors C2 and C3 generate random pulses (noise) at the frequency produced by the tuned circuit.


5. By utilizing RF amplifiers, the frequencies produced by tuned circuits are boosted. The amplified output consists of the combined frequency generated by the tuned circuit and the noise signal produced by capacitors C2 and C3, which is then transmitted.
