A out-of-state packaging solutions company recently acquired a manufacturer of rotary filling systems to the liquids industry.
Covington, Kentucky-based ProMach said the other day that it acquired Holland-based Fogg Filler.
Terms belonging to the deal were not disclosed.
ProMach said the inclusion of Fogg Filler continues the company’s growth straight into advanced filling capabilities — signing up for existing ProMach product models Modern, Pacific and Government — and bringing experience in extended shelf your life (ESL) filling systems intended for hot and cold purposes, along with other gas systems for global foods and beverage customers.
Built in 1956 by Clyde Fogg, Fogg Filler began like a small machinery rebuild shop and progressed gradually to become a filling machinery provider under this leadership and ownership associated with Clyde Fogg’s sons, Jon Fogg in addition to Mike Fogg, and hereafter his grandson, Ben Fogg.

Fogg Filler
An authentic equipment manufacturer (OEM), Fogg presents rotary filling, capping, container rinsing, cap sorting and covering sterilization systems to companies in the dairy, juice, water, drinking, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and various consumer packaged goods economies.
Fogg’s equipment is efficient at filling carbonated and noncarbonated liquid containers, from flavored mineral water to wine, milk, lemon juice, beer, kombucha and many more.
