Influenced by BBC One’s Struggle on Plastic, Ashley Taylor formed Plastic Free Shirebrook to try and reduce the amount of plastic ending up throughout landfill.

They set up town litter picks earlier this year and have just awarded the primary Shirebrook business with the title of ‘Plastic Free of charge Champion’.
