A retiring couple are selling their four-bedroom home regarding £850, 000 - and it also comes complete with a CATTERY who has room for almost HUNDRED cats.
Wendy and Graham Jones, that are both in their mid-70s, moved into the site of Timbers Cattery throughout Norwich, Norfolk, in 2007.

"We've got to know our customers gradually, and many of them are getting to be our friends.
"We now see in this way of some of our former customers to arrive, all grown up, and seeking to board their cats.
"I think we would have started seeing a great deal of grandchildren soon, too. "
But Wendy said she and Graham are arranging to stay in Norwich - and will continue to visit the Cattery every once in awhile.
She said: "I hope whoever buys it's going to enjoy having us around to indicate them the ropes. "
She said the bosses would suit a "dynamic, young, cat-loving family".
The cattery charges £10 each day for individual cats, has 35 chalets in the garden, and the facilities have got a five-star animal welfare history from South Norfolk Local authority or council.
It was completely refitted within 2016, meaning that a fresh owner will have the benefit of many years - with no need for further significant investment in to the business.
It has recently re-opened after closing with the Covid-19 outbreak - and it is full this month.
