As a professional dancer, she has one of the the fittest forms in town.

And Karina Smirnoff will take any opportunity to show off her hard-earned bikini body.

Earlier this month, the 37-year-old star displayed her toned physique in a tiny blue two-piece while frolicking around the beaches of Malibu, California.

The Ukrainian-born beauty appeared ecstatic, smiling as she ran barefoot along the waterfront.

Her thick tresses were blowing with the wind, as she energetically made her way across the sand.

Karina also displayed her flexibility by jumping up and acrobatically posing mid-air.

The star cooled off by taking a dip in the salt water, seen taking her rescue dog Randy in the ocean before working on her tan.

After getting enough vitamin D, the bombshell slipped on a grey and red cover-up which tied around her waist.

Karina is currently in Blackpool, UK, as she took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a snap of her arrival.

'The eagle has landed in UK! #Blackpool,' she wrote with a fresh-faced side-by-side photo of herself.

On the personal front, Karina has been dating 37-year-old actor Jason Adelman - who she has reportedly been engaged to since January.

Though, prior to her recent relationship, it has been a rocky road Karina in the love department.

But her romances woes have inspired her to publish her own book about dating titled We're Just Not That Into You, which she has been busy promoting.  

According to Amazon, the book dishes on her and her best friend and manager, Lindsay Rielly's 'dating escapades with A-listers and average Joes, the craziest pickup lines they've ever heard, and the unbelievable moves guys have tried to land them both.'

And the women have already received a few glowing reviews - albeit from Karina's longtime fans - who call it 'hilarious' and 'self-deprecating.'

Actress Lisa Ann Walter has good things to say too: 'there's nothing better to ponder than somebody else's humiliating experience...because it makes you feel just a little less horrified about your own.'

Karina was previously engaged to fellow dance pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy who she began dating in the summer of 2008 before getting engaged in December 2008. They split in September 2009.

She then began dating MLB pitcher Brad Penny the following October and he proposed one year later but the engagement ended in December 2011.

Despite her run of bad luck with men, Karina kept faith that she would find the man of her dreams.
