I love celebrity wedding season almost as much as I love celebrity pregnancy season. And one of the best parts of both is getting to see adorable little celebrity babies wandering around in ridiculously cute little outfits, the way Jessica Simpson‘s 2-year-old daughter Maxwell did at Ashlee Simpson‘s wedding this weekend.

“Bridesmaid and flower girl for @ashleesimpsonofficial and @eross88,” Simpson wrote alongside the adorable photo of the two of them in their white bridal party ensembles.

Maxwell looked especially adorable in her tiny little flower girl dress, which had tiers of tulle and made her look like she was starring in a very tiny production of Swan Lake.

I will never stop loving celebrity babies in their fancy outfits. While I understand that toddler couture is wildly impractical and a pretty silly expense for most kids, that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a good toddler fashion photo from the likes of Blue Ivy and North West and Prince George.

And one cannot forget to check out Maxwell’s beautiful hair. For Jessica Simpson’s own wedding last month, the singer and her colorist spent months highlighting and lowlighting her hair in an attempt to make it match the natural color of 2-year-old Maxwell. Now that I see Maxwell, I can certainly understand the impulse. I’ve never wanted to be a blonde in my life, but I am definitely tempted to show this color to my stylist and say, “Make me pretty like this 2-year-old.”

The only thing stopping me is that with all her months of experimentation and piles of money, even Jessica Simpson didn’t quite manage to get her hair to look exactly like Maxwell’s. But if she could figure out a way to perfectly reproduce the hair of a platinum blonde 2-year-old on the head of an adult woman, Jessica Simpson would certainly be bottling it and have another billion-dollar company to her name.
