It's that time of year again: Super Bowl Sunday. Last year's big game kicked off before the COVID-19 pandemic closed everything down, and this season's match is going to be a very different event.
The arena will host much fewer attendees--25,000 from 65,000 seats including 7,500 vaccinated healthcare workers--and will incorporate hands sanitizers and KN95 masks for fans, though oddly there won't be temperature tests at the gates.
Meanwhile, many of those Super Bowl's biggest advertisers, including Coca Cola and Anheuser-Busch will be foregoing some of the game's usual advertisements in favor of a much more civi-minded strategy (for better or worse).
1 thing which has not changed? EA Sports is still offering us a Madden NFL forecast for the game's winner and closing stats. Last year, Madden NFL 20 correctly predicted a Kansas City Chiefs win over the San Francisco 49ers. The game did not get everything right--what are the chances? --but it known as the winner.
