Hehe I know I have been off for a loooooong time.
Well today was a fine day. I started well my day, but then started eating more like a bag of skittles and about a bag of instant noodles which are like 400 calories per pack
So I ate about 4 toasts today 2 of them peanut butter, one with cheese and one with honey+olive oil. Then I went at work and bought me a 200 calories sour skittles and then when I got back from work I ate some white beans+tomatoe sauce+meat and white rice.And I took also a glass of milk and as a snack I took about 15 carrots with a homemade dressing (white cheese "double creme feta+mustard+milk+yoghurt+spicy sauce+black pepper)Now I don't know what to eat. It's like 10:42 and I'm hungry....I'll try to drink lots of water...Other than that...see yall.
