The bracelet arrived broken and was replaced immediately with a very quick and sincere response.There're weren't any size options and the bangle is extremely small. My friend could only Hearts are so small that the engravings are illegible.  Something in the product pictures to give an idea of scale would be appropriate.  In my view very poor value for money.The necklace is lovely but I ordered the engraving without the black and I wish I had it was fabulous my niece loved layered necklace and delivery was so qick highly recommendthat it has been received or been given timescales as to when to expect it's return Love this chain and pendant and so thankful for the workmanship and the speed of delivery.Lovely item.
