    very impressed using this type of pressure cooker from cosori.com and happy to get it. certainly not afraid it'll blow up. the one thing I like most, however, is the fact that it's electric and will be used anywhere. am also wondering how it could do with no-knead bread. in the event it works, omg. no-knead is the most popular and I've always baked it in dutch ovens, but that ain't happening in summer,we shall see! but if it will help no-knead breads, this pressure cooker is my new favorite halogen oven.
