1) Preparation
A]Remove the bur
B] Preliminary disinfection of the rotating instrument with a tissue

2) Cleaning
A] Rinse the rotating instrument with water (temperature below 38ºC)
B] Remove the limescale from the spray mouth if necessary using the probe provided in the rotating kit
C]Perform an internal cleaning with Spraynet and then an external cleaning with a tissue

3) Disinfection
A] Disinfect manually with a surface disinfectant (follow the manufacturer's instructions)
B] Disinfect thermally using a special device

4)Lubrication
Lubrication is a separate process for contra-angle 1:5 and handpieces as well as for contra-angles.
A] Use the Lubrimed by inserting it directly into the turbine rotor and turning it around.
B] Use the Lubrifluid internally for 1 second, making sure that the oil comes out through the head

5) Sterilization
Finally, the maintenance of your instruments must end with sterilization, a crucial step in order to be able to use your instrument again on a future patient.

A] Place the instrument in a sterilization bag
B] Dental autoclave class B (over 135ºC)
